p99gam Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "p99gam", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the p99gam platform, licensed under an international gaming licence and operating the website accessible at https://p99gam.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, deposits funds into, or places bets or wagers through the p99gam platform.
• "Platform" refers to the p99gam website, including all games, betting markets, account management features, payment interfaces, and customer support services available at p99gam.net.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual on the p99gam platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR-denominated funds held in a player's p99gam account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus credits subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based monetary awards credited to a player's account by p99gam, which are subject to separate wagering or release conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum aggregate betting turnover a player must achieve before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which p99gam accounts are denominated and in which all deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are conducted on the platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and proof of payment method, required by p99gam prior to processing withdrawals or at any point at p99gam's discretion.

By accessing the p99gam platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the p99gam Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p99gam. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the p99gam platform and close your account.

p99gam reserves the right to require you to affirmatively confirm acceptance of these Terms at any time, including but not limited to upon login following a material update to these Terms.

Use of the p99gam platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. p99gam strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request CNIC or other government-issued identity documentation to verify your age before processing any withdrawal.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, of your own free will, and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming and betting activities.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction in which online gaming or betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of p99gam or its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by p99gam or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, and you are the sole beneficial owner of the funds deposited into your account.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on p99gam. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be permanently suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update your account details should any information change. p99gam is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

p99gam reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a selfie with your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p99gam username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. p99gam will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify p99gam immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting p99gam support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. p99gam reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms.

p99gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p99gam reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your p99gam account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. p99gam does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which p99gam bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. p99gam targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. p99gam reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds in cases of suspected fraud or unusual account activity.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. p99gam may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of PKR 500 to dormant account balances. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before dormancy fees commence. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to p99gam and complete any required re-verification.

p99gam offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, Eid and Ramadan seasonal promotions, PSL-season cashback offers, and other time-limited campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are valid for a defined period. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• p99gam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• p99gam reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or in violation of these Terms or the specific promotion conditions.
• Bonuses offered during Ramadan and Eid are designed as entertainment promotions and are structured with cultural sensitivity in mind. p99gam is committed to responsible and respectful promotional conduct during religious periods.

All bets and wagers placed on p99gam are subject to these Terms and any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the rules governing that bet. Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where explicitly provided for in the applicable game or market rules.

p99gam's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan national team matches, and international tournaments), as well as other sports and events. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play betting markets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a match abandonment, p99gam's settlement rules for the specific market type will apply.

All casino games on p99gam, including slots, live dealer games, Keno, and video poker (including Jacks or Better), use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game mathematics certified by third-party auditors. p99gam does not manipulate game outcomes. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays.

p99gam reserves the right to apply a maximum single-event or single-session win cap. Details of any applicable maximum win limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market. Winnings in excess of the applicable cap will be paid at the cap amount; the excess will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p99gam platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending and historical bets, and forfeiture of account balances, in addition to any other legal remedies available to p99gam:

• Creating more than one registered account on the p99gam platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through p99gam.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusive play or chip-dumping in any multi-player game environment on the platform.
• Using the p99gam platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing p99gam staff or other players through any communication channel.

p99gam cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the platform.

All content on the p99gam platform — including but not limited to the p99gam name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of p99gam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p99gam platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the p99gam platform without p99gam's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of p99gam's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p99gam, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the p99gam platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from authorised transactions made through your account, whether or not you authorised those transactions, where your account credentials were compromised due to your own negligence.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond p99gam's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to software malfunctions, which shall be governed by the game malfunction policy (all pays and plays void).
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional material.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes p99gam's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. p99gam's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p99gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides all registered players with access to a suite of player protection tools. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from the account settings dashboard following login.

p99gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the p99gam Privacy Policy.

p99gam collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and transaction history for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and personalised service delivery. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or our licence obligations.

p99gam implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and p99gam encourages you to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication on your account.

p99gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the p99gam platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The version of the Terms currently in effect is identified by the effective date stated in the document header. Your continued use of the p99gam platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which p99gam's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through p99gam's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body designated under p99gam's licence.

Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding p99gam's services, you should first contact p99gam's support team at [email protected] with a full description of your complaint. p99gam will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with p99gam's resolution, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established under p99gam's gaming licence.
